I’m a volunteer Advisor for a YMCA group called Youth & Government. There are several different Y&G delegations throughout California and the “mascot” of my delegation is a moose, as selected by our kids.
At our first training & elections conference in November, I bought fake mustaches for all of the advisors because it was Movember and, hello, it’s funny....

I’m still a sickly little thing today; pathetic, really. Aaron & I have been on the road home from Napa since 2pm. Inclement weather has caused all sorts of freeway closures & car accidents and bumpertobumper traffic, so it’s been 7 hours of driving with no end in sight.
It could be worse though. I could be making this drive by myself in this god awful weather being...
